Andrea is a seasoned finance executive with nearly 25 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She has held key leadership roles at Lantheus Holdings, Inc., including Chief Accounting Officer, where she oversaw critical functions such as Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Shared Services, Tax, and Treasury. Her tenure at Lantheus was marked by progressive responsibilities, reflecting her expertise and commitment to financial excellence.
Prior to her time at Lantheus, Andrea held financial management positions at Presstek, Inc. and Graphic Packaging International, and began her career at Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, as well as an MBA and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
Andrea's strategic leadership and comprehensive financial acumen have been instrumental in driving organizational success and financial integrity.

Scott is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with nearly two decades of experience in information security, risk management, and cyber policy. At Fidelity Investments, he has held pivotal roles, where he led the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies and managed the enterprise cybersecurity consulting team. His work has been instrumental in enhancing the organization's security posture and ensuring compliance with evolving cyber regulations.
Scott is also the founder of an award-winning cybersecurity consulting platform, recognized for its innovative approach to cyber risk assessment and mitigation. His expertise spans across developing strategic security frameworks, leading cross-functional teams, and advising clients on best practices to safeguard digital assets.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Scott serves as a Commissioner for the Merrimack Village District and on the zoning board of adjustment, contributing his knowledge to public service. He holds a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Mathematics and Computer Science, underpinning his analytical and technical proficiency in the cybersecurity domain.
